Hi! I’m Tambra. Since going vegan in 2009, my favorite thing has been veganizing old favorites. I’ve had plenty to keep me busy with that since my husband grew up in the Midwest and was used to meat and potato meals.
We’ve always loved to travel, so in 2022, we took the plunge and sold our home to become full-time RVers. As much research as we’d done, nothing quite prepared me for having to relearn how to cook in a small space. Yes, we have a stove and oven, but no, we’re not turning on either one when it’s 90 degrees outside. 😄
