Creamy vegan garlic parmesan pasta
This is one of those dinners that feels way fancier than the amount of effort it actually takes. The sauce is creamy, cheesy, garlicky, and comes together with simple pantry ingredients in just a few minutes.
This is great on its own, or pair it with garlic bread and Roadhouse Steak Bites or Golden Chicken Bites.

Ingredients
- 8 oz preferred pasta My favorite is angel hair.
- 2 cups vegan chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (10.8 oz pkg) silken tofu
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp lactic acid
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions
- Boil the pasta.
- As the pasta is boiling, add the remaining ingredients except Italian herbs to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the sauce to a pan and bring to a simmer.
- Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
- Add 1 tsp Italian herbs and mix until well combined.
