Vegan nachos with tvp burger and sour cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked yellow potatoes
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp tapioca starch
- 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp lactic acid
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 oz jar pimentos, drained or 1/4 cup roasted red peppers If you don't use pimentos often, start with half the jar and check the taste.

- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
